Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt for most items in new and unused condition.
    • Sale items and gift card purchases are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  2. Return Request Process:

    • Indicate the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return, including photos and videos for damaged items.
    • Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.
  3. Return Conditions:

    • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
    • Returned items must be in their unused condition. Items that are damaged, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted.
    • Items sent back without proper return requests will not be accepted.
    • We do not offer freight collect shipping for returned packages. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Return Shipping:

    • Ensure you double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of incorrect items.
    • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
